Our story in motion


 1987: The origins of excellence.

The spark is ignited by Gabrielle Schmitt. Trained at the prestigious Paris Opera Ballet School from the age of 9, she brings the rigor and passion of the international ballet repertoire to Founex.


2014: A new beginning with DanseClassique.ch. Clémentine Jaccoud, a loyal student trained by Gabrielle for 16 years, takes up the mantle and breathes new energy into the school.


2015: Cultural expansion

The school broadens its horizons by offering Flamenco classes for adults.


2024: The school joins the FSED

DanseClassique.ch is audited and becomes a member of the Swiss Federation of Dance Schools.

2025: Wellness innovation with MUNZ FLOOR®

The school introduces the revolutionary MUNZ FLOOR® technique, a multi-award-winning floor method that uses slow spiral movements to decompress the spine, release stress and regenerate deep fascia.


2026: The birth of KoréArt.

While training in IMAGO technique (relational dialogue), Clémentine Jaccoud renames the school - DanseClassique.ch officially becomes KoréArt, a space where human connection and physical expression become one.

From classic foundations to excellence

Clémentine Jaccoud began dancing in her native village of Founex in 1990. Blessed with natural talent, she followed 16 years of intensive training in classical ballet under the guidance of Gabrielle Schmitt. Her rapid progress enabled her to reach a professional standard.


Spanish Immersion: Flamenco and traditional Spanish Dance

In 2007, her path took a new turn when she discovered flamenco in Geneva with the Perujo family. Passionate about this complex art form, she moved to Andalucia (Jerez de la Frontera) in 2008 to pursue an immersive training program alongside legendary figures such as Chiqui de Jerez, Ana María López, Mercedes Ruiz, and Manuela Carpio "La Loli." Her quest for technical perfection then led her to Córdoba in 2010, where she studied with the renowned choreographer Javier Latorre. This provided her with a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between the rigor of classical dance and the intensity of flamenco. She further refined her art in Madrid at the Marta de la Vega Conservatory, where she explored Spanish dance, folklore, the Escuela Bolera (Bolera School), and ballet.

Teaching, Performance, and Entrepreneurship

In 2014, Clémentine seized the opportunity to take over the school where she grew up, and founded DanseClassique.ch. A passionate teacher, she places kindness, self-confidence, and respect for the art at the heart of her teaching. At the same time, she continues to perform on stage at public and private events and flourish as a founder of the Emovere & Cie company.


A holistic vision: Body, Mind and Connection

Committed to fostering harmony between mind, body, and heart, Clémentine constantly strives to improve her practice by exploring other disciplines. Her aim is to offer a holistic and deeply caring approach, focused on healing and reconnecting with the body, where individual well-being is nurtured by an authentic relationship with oneself and with others.

  •  August 2025: She obtains her MUNZ FLOOR® coach certification and is one of the first in the region to offer courses dedicated to this innovative postural method focused on fascia regeneration and body care.
  • Today (2026): As her school rebrands itself as KoréArt, she is currently training as a facilitator in the Imago method (relational dialogue), a powerful tool aimed at improving communication, deepening understanding, and strengthening relationships.
